Trame is a technique developed in 1900 by physicist Patrick Burensteinas to enhance the body’s energy circulation.

Book a Trame Session

  • First sessions are 90-minutes and include a consultation regarding your health history and desired outcomes.

  • Subsequent sessions are 60-minutes long.

  • Sessions may include daily practice suggestions, such as journaling exercises and meditation mantras, to maintain and enhance Trame’ positive effects.

Please do not consume drugs or alcohol at least 8-12 hours before and after sessions.

What does a trame session look like?

You will lay fully clothed on your back on a massage table as the practitioner places their hands, in a gradual manner, upon your feet, abdomen, and head. You may feel particular sensations, such as mild heat, cold, tingling, or numbness. It is also possible you will feel nothing unusual.

How long do the effects of trame last?

Indefinitely, but you’ll feel the effects most during the 6 weeks following your session. Follow-up sessions are typically booked within 3-4 weeks. When beginning your experience with trame, your practitioner may recommend that you book 3-4 initial sessions, then observe your results.
